In Westchester and Rockland Counties, Delphi has been the exclusive brokerage for Westcon Inc., Emisphere Technologies, Human-i-Tees, Barr Laboratories, and Voyetra Technologies, to name a few. For all of these tenants, we have done multiple transactions from small satellite offices or warehouses all the way to new headquarters facilities. Your Experience With Delphi
The experience with Delphi begins with an initial evaluation of a customer’s goals, including space or investment requirements, and disposition needs. For example, in the leasing process, the following then takes place:
- Produce a survey of available properties
- Inspect properties
- Identify best choice for customer
- Consult with architects on finalization of floor plan
- Negotiate business terms of the deal
- Have leases drawn
- Confirm accuracy of business terms within lease
- Facilitate lease negotiations between attorneys and principals until the deal is signed.
- Recommend service providers such as movers, IT/phone, office furniture vendors, etc.
